Documents to Submit:

1. Photo Id proof (driving license, voter card, passport)
2. Date of birth proof (driving license, 10th mark sheet, birth certificate,passport)
3. Address proof (driving license, voter card, passport)
4. Educational qualification certificates (including photocopies of all relevant mark sheets)
5. 4 passport size photographs.
6. Relieving letter from previous organization / acceptance of resignation.
7. Copy of latest salary slip.

All these documents should be brought in original as well the photocopies that have to be submitted.
